How good are the cruising boats from Bavaria, Bénéteau, Catalina and Hanse in direct comparison? Part 2 of the big class test

The Océanis 323 Clipper is well-equipped and overall a reasonably priced alternative in the ten-metre class. Only the Bavaria 32 is cheaper. However, in a direct comparison with the bestseller from Giebelstadt, the new Bénéteau does not clearly perform better anywhere. The space available is less, the sailing characteristics in strong winds take some getting used to, but it offers a better finish and a more elegant design below deck. Those on a budget will not be disappointed by either yacht. If you want a little more, the Hanse is the better choice.
